Taking e long way.

As I stood off e edge, e air around me was tense. All e while, I have been trying hard to contain e inner demons within me, however things still got out of hands. Didnt meant to hurt anyone, for all I want, is just to make everyone life easier? Yet, asking for perfectness is imperfect itself. Really, sometimes I just feel like walking away, leaving everything behind. But I cant.

How?

Food!

Heh, stumbled on some goods stuffs recently.

• Blueberry pie - From Ikea; Beng told me its correct prononciation is 'I' Kea' instead of 'e' 'kia', apparently he overheard a smartass trying to impress ladies in e lecture hall by saying that.
• Hot biscuit a.k.a 烧饼- LOL, its a sponge cake? filled with red bean paste & chestnut bits inside. Very nice, I got it from a japanese store in e basement of jurong point.
• Svensk vodka (Green apple) - Saw this treasure after I got e pie, its green apple flavour! My Smirnoff green apple happens to be running out, just nice to get it, hehehe.
• Black sesame biscuit - One of my favourite food stuffs; Black Sesame! Alright, this doesnt taste godly, but still quite a good snack to munch on, especially when your mouth is itching for some bites.
• Seafood pasta with mussels - Didnt know mussels are so dirt cheap & they taste great with tomatoes!

Next week is chinese new year! & I havent get my pants & shoes yet! Sad, I want to get my hands on e P-04a & P-05a, a check on auctions revealed e price at $700 ++, WTF. Ya, a laptop change too! My current one sucks, a thinkpad or a dell studio will be fantastic, wahahaha..

Prepare for work le!

Choices & decisions, am plagued by them everyday. I have a choice? Ha. So many what if, I often think of e choices I made, had I take e other one instead of e current. Which prompts me to e next question - Why am I asking myself? My self-reflection. But is it always too late to make amendments? to choices that went wrong? Perhaps I think too much?

Another week

Another rushing week.

Deadlines to meet. Appointments to make. Ha. Finally met up with e army boys, had dinner with them @Holland village's Swensen. Asri, xiaoyi & pradeep came, most of them remained e same except for longer hair & maybe gained weight? Me e most of course, haha. Life was fun during my army stint, had lots of freedom too compared to others. Was always rushing to book out to meet people, play dota or go clubbing; ended up always falling asleep during e next day. So far everyone is doing well, all attached except pradeep(he was e only one attached last time), hehe. Lots of talking & laughter, e best parts were always stupid things we did in camp, reminisces :D

Comes e shit part.
I hate it when am given last minute tasks to do. Most of e time, I dont really like to turn down people with genuine requests. So, I ended up doing it or you can say patronise them. Sigh, as much as I want it to happen; its hard to separate my personal life from work. The latter often messing up my schedules & taking a chunk out of my personal time. Initially, I thought that taking off on wednesday will allow me to at least revise my school work in peace. However, doesnt work out, e phones keep ringing & e sms keep coming. Ya, why dont I switch off e phone? Answer is that I cant, am responsible to several. A job is just a job? Ha.
Am beginning to loathe it.

New year.

2008 finally ended. Taking a look back, it wasnt such a bad year afterall, had my fair share of fun, peace & laughter. But.. For e few resolutions that I set out then, none was fufilled, ha. But does it matter? I dont know, maybe I will just bring them forward to this year. At this point now, I dont think it matters anymore, though a small part of me still hang on to it. Whatever.

Watched Ip man on new year's eve, damn nice show; e lead actor was totally immersed in his role. Heh, my newest acquistion. Actually saw it in cineleisure 2 weeks back, but didnt get it. Sad, I wanted to get 3 of them(there is another red & black) but e damn shop owner dont want to give me a discount, Zzz.. Get e other 2 next time, wahahahaa.. I go prepare for work liao..
